UKWISPA ADR Scheme

UKWISPA membership unlocks free access to the Communications Ombudsman ADR Scheme for its members. The Communications Ombudsman is one of the UK’s leading providers of ADR schemes and is approved by Ofcom under the Communications Act 2003. 

Participation in this scheme is free of charge for UKWISPA members.

In the UK it is a legal requirement for Communications Providers, including WISPs, to give their customers access to an approved ADR scheme. UKWISPA members participating in this scheme can assure their clients that they operate fairly and professionally. In the unlikely event that one of our members’ customers has a legitimate complaint that is not duly addresses by the member, they can raise this with the Communications Ombudsman without cost.

We also provide a mechanism to help resolve complaints before escalation to the Ombudsman.
