UKWISPA’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Scheme(ADR)

UKWISPA operates an ADR Scheme for its Members, which is provided by Ombudsman Services. Ombudsman Services is one of the UK’s leading providers of ADR schemes and is approved by Ofcom under the Communications Act 2003.

In the UK it is a legal requirement for Communications Providers, including WISPs to give their customers access to an approved ADR scheme. UKWISPA members participating in this scheme can assure their clients that they operate fairly and professionally. In the unlikely event that one of our Members’ customers has a legitimate complaint that is not duly addresses by the Member, they can raise this with Ombudsman Services without cost.
